Delta Chemical Services is located on approximately 10 acres in the industrial ship channel area of Deer Park, Texas. The plant is considered a state - of - the - art in custom liquid packaging and warehousing, and offers the latest technology in chemical and lubricant packaging and packaged product logistics.

The plant primarily fills drums and IBC’s (totes) of various sizes. Due to the plant’s design, the plant is permitted to work with many of the hard-to-handle hazardous chemicals with full site containment and vapor abatement systems, including a Thermal oxidizer and Caustic Scrubber. Other services are also available, such as Transloading and limited blending in trucks and railcars.

The warehouse is over 200,000 square feet, and it has a foam fire protection system approved by NFPA 30 with a four hour fire retaining wall separating the filling area and the storage area. There are 17 loading and unloading docks, making the plant ideal for both export and domestic shipments, and a bulk unloading area which is covered, spill contained and fire protected for environmental and safety assurance.

A laboratory is on site with selected ASTM testing, sample retention.

Delta Chemical Services was designed to lower customer logistic costs for packaged liquid chemicals while providing improved flexibility to serve their customers markets.
