The Delta Atlantic, Inc. plant is located within the IMTT terminal in Bayonne. The plant has the capabilities to blend up to 1 million gallons per day. Most of the products blended at this plant are glycol deicing fluids, but they have the capability to blend anti-freeze, heat transfer fluids and lubricating oils.  This plant also offers the ability to fill products into different packages such as pails, drums and totes. Since it has access to the New York harbor, Delta Atlantic has the capability to receive and ship product by ship or barge. The blending system can be re-circulation, PulseAir, mechanical, or nitrogen purging. Blend tank sizes range from 500 gallons to 400,000 gallons. The tanks are primarily carbon steel. A full-scale lab that can perform most ASTM tests also supports this plant. Delta Atlantic’s permits allow them to handle products that are hazardous and non-hazardous.
